HOA DUES

Homeowner Association dues are collected each year in January. Homeowner dues are NOT optional according to the HOA Covenants, attached to the deed of your home.  Please see the covenants page for more detailed information.

Please note: Autumn Glen HOA annual dues are delinquent after

January 31st of each year, and late fees are 1.5% per month or 18% annually.

Yearly Dues: $217.00 due January 31st

If you would like donate additional funds towards specific projects, please provide the donations to an HOA board member, or mail a check to Vonda, our HOA bookkeeper.

Patio Home dues are required, and paid in addition to the Autumn Glen HOA yearly dues.  These dues cover lawn mowing and trimming, as well as snow removal.
